A last-minute trip to Albufeira, Portugal wound up knocking our socks off. The coast and town are so charming, and because it's in the south facing the Medterranean sea, the water was not only beautiful but also swimable. We found this cute little hotel, the Dianamar, perched up on the hillside overlooking Fisherman's Beach with only a dozen or so rooms and a roof top terrace that is so close to the sea, you feel like you can dive right into it.
