TORONTO / oysters at CÔTE DE BOEUF

On a stroll last night down Ossington we stumbled upon a little treat: our neighbourhood's favorite butcher, Côte de Boeuf, is now open at night for drinks + nibbles.  Following the success of their private dining services, the CDB offers yummy wine by the glass and some heart-warming snacks: Croque Monsieur, warm olives, ribs, to name a few.  We opted for the 'buck a shuck' - fresh oysters that have come all the way from New Brunswick, shucked just for you at $1 each. Just like their big brother restaurant, Union, the CDB never disappoints.
