This is not your average farmhouse. This is because it is more of an art gallery than somewhere that people live and raise chickens. Designed by Luis Laplace, this centuries old Hauser & Wirth farmhouse sits in the English country-side of Somerset and was completely refurbished with a twist of kitschy good & bad taste. Floor boards were re-laid and original doors and windows restored. And if a wall already had character, then more was added to it.
The space is set up to have a revolving selection of exhibitions, and to provide a place for artists to mingle and hang out.
